Tell everybody who's listening why you think this model resonates so much right now.

Yeah, I would say two things really come to mind for me.

I think one of those is I realized in my career, I definitely think big, but it's really important to start small as well.

When I started Trip of a Lifetime, I never thought we would raise over a million dollars and send over 350 students on trips.

I thought maybe we would get one or two scholarships paid for it.

And we literally started by doing everything from charity dinner nights at Pizzeria Uno to car washes to bake sales at the school.

And little by little, we've seen that experience catalyze.

How would you feel about sharing with the entire world what the secrets are to making communities thrive and not just exist?
