Karl PontauHOST
So how do you help people find that intention and live and lead with more intention than they have in the past?

Stan GibsonGUEST
Hey, I'll tell you what, you used the word three times, intention, and I really focus very hard on intentionality.

Stan GibsonGUEST
As you also mentioned, I've got a podcast called The Inspiration Podcast with Stan, and I think it was around my second episode, I said, always have a plan B.

Stan GibsonGUEST
And what I meant by that was, people said, when did you leave? the corporate world.

Stan GibsonGUEST
Probably to some extent, I left about 15 years ago because I always knew where my passion was.

Karl PontauHOST
So having... not putting all your eggs in that one basket and expecting to have 30 years at the same company like the previous generations had, and that it's more about understanding what you want and what you can do that is in like a diversified way to reach your own goals and be intentional, like I said, intentional in your own life and not be just assuming that once you get locked into a job at a larger company, that that's a stable thing anymore.
