I've been in the travel industry for about 30 years now, and working with travel tech since the turn of the century.

It's been an exciting journey.

There's been lots of changes along the way from literally fax machines and telexes to where we are today via the internet.

Working mainly both in the tour operator space and with Europe Incoming since 2005.

Seen Europe Incoming grow from a small business to where we are today.

So how has the customer's preference changed? Because I've seen that business change for us as well.
