Can you walk us through how the program is structured there with Homemade San Diego?

Sure.

So, um, when we were thinking about the program, we had looked at those other models that were taking place, and truly what, with our partnership with Lennar and other trade partners that we had worked with, we wanted to offer a short course that would allow students to be able to come in, be exposed to professionals who already were working in the different building industry fields, give them some hands-on experience, help them boost their confidence in knowing that they could step forward into potential apprenticeship or jobs, and then from there, um, taking that beyond into mentorship beyond the program.

So the way it's structured, it's a two-week program plus one day.

Students come in Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

During that time, we have guest speakers from different building industry companies that come in, so they get to meet those individuals that have companies that might be hiring.

We take them out to a job site.
