What does that look like for you?

Yeah, I think there's, I would kind of view it as like three seasons that have impacted me.

One was, there was a season at Vail Resorts where I think I had it in my head that I was, I had to be perfect, but that I was also perfect.

And then I had done nothing wrong because I just up to that point, my career had never received constructive feedback in a very effective way.

And I had, there was a moment where we were coming off of the actual ski season and the results that I was meant to deliver were not performing.

And I had received some very hard feedback from one of my, or from the CMO, my leader at that time.

And in that seasonal moment, it like dropped me to my knees.
