[laughs]

... is like that when you don't know where your stuff is, when you have too much stuff, when everything is a disaster.
9:02
[laughs] And so it just, like, hit me so hard.
9:05
I'm like, "Oh my gosh, that's why I wanna declutter too.
9:09
I want my house to stop holding me back from all of these things that I wanna do." And so it was kind of like the switch in me that I needed to hear.
9:19
And again, it's not like I hadn't heard before about decluttering and the importance of it, but sometimes you just need to hear it from the right person at the right time, and it just got me going.
9:29
It was like, phew.

14 MINS LATER

23:18
Can you let us know how people can stick around in your universe, work with you, get to hear what you're doing, things like that?
1:35
So tell me about it.
1:36
Yeah, absolutely.
1:37
I love that.
1:38
I'm getting chills as you're talking about that too.
1:40
And I think that in my own podcast, I do a lot of solo episodes, but every time I get to speak with somebody else who's like-minded, I'm like, I need to do this more because it lifts us up.
1:52
It energizes us.
1:53
And then it reminds us of why we're doing this.

5 MINS LATER

7:14
It's just
16:50
What made you start and what has it, I guess, I'm curious about how this decluttering has also affected your day-to-day regulation.
17:03
Absolutely.
17:03
So I would say two things happened to get me to this journey and they were people.
17:12
And one of them was you.
17:14
So Lisa Morton and Dana K.
17:16
White, I both had on my podcast.
17:20
Dana K.
20:53
How might that be different from someone who does not have an ADHD brain?
2:53
What do you talk about on it? Give us all the important details.
2:57
Yep.
2:57
Okay.
2:57
So I host a podcast called The Next Phase Podcast.
3:02
It is a show for millennial moms who are entering perimenopause.
3:08
I think it's important to give a little bit of a backstory because it's actually my second podcast and almost like a second part to my first podcast, which was called The Mother Plus Podcast that I'd had for about four years.
3:19
And that was about ambivalence in motherhood.
5:57
What on earth
