And the access is... incredible like access and then relevancy right like that's also something that tends to go out the window like behavior really people are doing things differently they're accessing you know they're using apps to do lots of different things and order many things but if they need food it makes sense that they should be able to do that as well right yeah yeah when did this 2020 bonnie lake food bank you started how did the food lock the locker piece come into play
9:00
Well, it was sort of, it was a two part.
9:02
I was watching human behavior.

So in the very first month of the pandemic, you know, I get the job 10 days later, the lockdown occurs here in Washington and it was chaos.
9:15
you know, almost immediately chaos.
9:17
And then as layoffs started to ensue, I think this scarcity, Costco toilet paper, you know, erratic behavior, survival type behavior started really kicking in.
9:28
And if it's kicking in for somebody that has a car with a Costco membership, then imagine sort of that trickle down the more socially vulnerable you are.

And I think disruption in any area is interesting because like it's uncomfortable, right? Like when you're disrupted, it's like, how have you brought people along? with you because you closed the bonnie lake food bank and now you have all the lockers and then you have your food hub which people can come to her i saw that on your website that's really incredible how did you bring people along for that journey because you have you know you you have to get buy-in
