Good morning everyone.

I'd just like to start by saying thank you to Imagine More for having me back for my second talk but also for my second year presenting at a conference.

So I just wanted to get on my soapbox for one moment and something I didn't talk about yesterday is charitable trusts that you can set up in your wills and I was just thinking what just this room of people could do in terms of funding for any type of charity or not-for-profit that speaks to you if you just added a little bit of a gift in your will.

So that's another way that we could keep the movement going.

But that's not what I'm talking about today.

So today I'm just talking about how to set your executor up for success and what the other side of everything we're talking about today looks like, but very much from the legal perspective.
