So going into this season, what's been on your mind about your role as quarterback, your role as team leader, and your role as just a proud and true Redskin?

Yes, sir.

This season, I've just been trying to be a more vocal leader because I haven't really been as I should in the past.

And then my job is just to make sure everyone knows their roles, especially in the offense, because if they don't know their job, then that's on me, too, because I have to tell them.

And then it's kind of just surreal, this being my last year, because it's always been a dream.

And I've been trying to work my whole life for this, so.

What are some of the challenges that you think are going to be, if you get this right, man, we're in the show.

Definitely my decision-making because I had a lot of turnovers last year.
