So Spencer, we don't have to spend a ton of time on this, but can you explain to everyone what you did to me, the connection of why you went from music and the music talent industry into podcasting so they know a framework of why you are good at what you do?

Yeah.

So, uh, yeah, I spent 15 years in the music industry, and I, I started off just booking concerts in my little farm town because I wasn't good enough to be in my cousin's band, but I wanted to be involved, and I wanted to help.

And, uh, you could say at the foundation of everything I've ever done, I'm, I'm a supporter.

You know, I'm, I don't consider myself talented, but I like to help people that are talented, and that's how I can make, uh, my impression on the world is helping the people that are actually going to change the world.

Um, and, uh, you know, in the music industry, I, I still had a bunch of friends in the entrepreneurship space, and it just dawned on me that we've looked at musicians and actors and actresses and, um, and athletes.

They, they are all talented at what they do, but we never had the same kind of framing around entrepreneurship.

So explain this KAOR framework that you have, and what is it?
