but what it is gonna allow is there are I do still have a couple of stipulations on that and that is from those experiences in LA is um especially here in New Zealand one of our things is our lovely fresh beautiful ears um and the smell of LA from the minute you hit the like get off that plane you know and I would like to restrict that as well I think that that's a reasonable request is that by all means do it in your own home or your backyard with your mates and whatever that is absolutely not a problem but nobody will be walking the street doing anything like that in LA.

And I think that's a good stipulation for us to enforce as well.

A, this also controls that whole thing of like, taking over and feeling like, oh, the teenagers are going to get influenced.

Well, see, look, I'm for both ideas.

I am for both ideas because I think, A, when you look at things like tobacco and you look at alcohol, there is a process that is involved in creating the product, whereas when you look at just the plant in itself, it's no different from any other herb.
