Was that the point that you kind of started to look out of the box, really, away from more traditional medicine to try to find, I guess, help and healing, really?
3:57
Yes.
3:58
So there were a few things.
3:59
So I was a very, very healthy individual.
4:02
And I mean healthy, I used to joke around that you could give me rat poison and nothing would happen to me.
4:10
And I worked with those people.
4:12
And when I got some acute symptoms, not something that I had before, they didn't actually take time to see me as a person and read my story.
9:03
So for someone who's sort of never understood or experienced EFT, what's kind of actually happening when we're tapping on the body and we're talking about an emotion or a memory, we're bringing that forward? How does that look really from your point of view?
6:43
you know, talking about like negative thought patterns, right? How does it actually impact our physical and mental health?
6:54
Okay.
6:55
So every time you have a thought, chemistry gets produced from the limping brain.
7:02
So there is in your cocktail that gets automatically produced, which is going to affect your hormones and that cocktails, let's say it's anger is going to go down your spinal cord and hit your adrenals.
7:17
And now you're going to feel it.
7:19
You're physically going to feel angry.
7:22
Now, if you cannot interrupt the pattern, that anger is going to continue, create another new thought.

And yeah, finally, right? I just need you to help us understand, right? What does true self-healing look like beyond just feeling better temporarily?
