a perfect segue to my next question, which is about leadership and sort of how do you get the leaders buy in to talk about suicide prevention as not just a personal matter, like many people think that it is, but really a workplace and project responsibility? How do you make that shift?
8:44
Well, there's two ways that you make it.
8:45
One is you talk about ROI.
8:47
And while that seems like a really crass way to have to have a conversation about people's feelings, sometimes it's the way that you get to where you need to go.
8:56
And then there's the other side of it where you sort of appeal to their own sensibilities and whether or not they have ever had their own personal struggles or if there's a connection in some way.
9:07
And so I can talk about that in two different spaces.
9:10
One is that I've seen leaders in very large construction companies come forward and say, I'm going to share my own lived experience stories.

Do you want to maybe share a recent success story or something? that you all have seen that's really worked, maybe outside of that therapy appointment example, is there anything that's really been successful for construction organizations that you'd love to share? And maybe somebody could hear that and kind of steal that lesson and apply it to their organization.
