So some places there's almost a culture amongst engineers that, you know, discussions and meetings, they're too time consuming.

It hinders efficiency.

So, you know, I started to prefer working in isolation because I felt like, oh, I can accomplish so much more.

It's much faster.

And on top of that, I'm also introverted.
