So Soleil, tell us how your pairing went and what were some of the goals that you put together, some examples?

So I started out as a mentee also, and then now I'm the mentor.

So it's really nice to be able to be on both sides of the fence, right? Or both sides of the table, just sort of like the role from running an MSP to now being back on the vendor side.
