Should we just accept that?
25:08
I mean, I think, as Martin said, in that kind of side, I think it's still about the understanding from both parties of what kind of the differences are and like what either ways can bring to the table in a positive note.
25:21
Because anyway, I think quite often it's about all these youngsters not respecting the hierarchy or not, I don't know, not working as hard as we used to at that age or something like that.
25:32
But also the other way around, being like, oh, leadership is stuck up, too serious and whatever else.
25:38
I think...
25:38
It's more about focusing on the positives and what we can learn from each other, both from a work point of view, but then even kind of in, especially with the work-life balance, I think are kind of the younger generations are bringing in kind of very good points and like, you know, working to live rather than living to work.
25:54
Maybe I think that's kind of one of my... bigger points I would say to try and shift the focus a little bit but also then as you said in the IOH at least we also see it with the youth council how relevant it was to kind of bring the younger side or like to represent the entry level people in the industry to represent them even as easy as that in events that we organize right we have specific let's say panel discussions and above and beyonds with IOH events but maybe then younger people either or And for whatever reason, we might not be fully interested in that.
