Separately, CMPC agreed to sell its Chilean container board and corrugated packaging business, recycled paper mill 250,000 TPY in Santiago, three corrugated plants, molded fiber tray facility, and fiber collection network to Smurfit Westrock for USD $420 million.

Closing is expected in H1 2027, subject to approvals.

The deal is valued at under 6x post-synergy adjusted EBDA.

There's also making sure that artists, not just Irish artists who are people of colour, people of the global majority, black Irish artists, but also thinking about artists from the global south and that sense of representing people's stories in their own voices is really important.
