So what was a key moment in your journey thinking about kind of measuring AI's real impact on healthcare? How-- What was the first aha moment for you to make you realize this was a real thing that mattered?

Interesting question.

Um, I think, see, early in my career, I've seen, like, large regional health systems.

We were hemorrhaging revenue, right? Because of, say, bad clinical care, but because of claims denial.

Thirty-two percent denial rate on complex surgical cases.

We had, like, coders, auditors, appeals, you know, the whole shebang.

Uh, and they were still losing around, like, I would say forty-seven million, you know, in avoidable denials, right? So we deployed an AI model, trained around five years, claims data, um, and within 90 days, the system was flagging documentation gaps before submission, not really after, but really the proactive format, right? What changed was just in the numbers.

Is that an opportunity for AI, or is that a big threat to AI really working because there's so much non-clean data to work with in the first place?
