Mm-hmm.

One of the pioneering deals was in Bolivia, and CI handled that, and it literally handled $600,000 worth of, of US government claims against Bolivia, and the savings were in the order of magnitude of $100,000.
S

Now, fast-forward to the first capital markets deal that, that we did at, at TNC, and, and that was in Belize, and that involved, uh, $330 million of, of new debt, which replaced 550 million of, of preexisting Eurobonds.
S

And then, and then we, we followed the Belize deal with four others in the next, you know, three years.
S
11:53Slav GatchevGUEST
So basically all told, like you suggested, between 2021 and 2024, you know, we had these five deals in Belize, uh, then followed by Barbados, Gabon, Bahamas, and Ecuador, uh, that together refinanced 3 billion of, of Eurobonds that were, that were trading at a, at a, at a discount.
S

And so as a result, the, the yield of those Eurobonds was much higher than the US Treasuries, and, and we replaced that with much more affordable and long-term financings to the tune of 2 billion of new issuances, generating a billion dollars that, that went into- ... nature-based solutions into large landscape-based, area-based conservation, both for the ocean, uh, in four of these cases, and then for Ecuador to protect the, the Ecuadorian Amazon.
