What does that look like in practice day to day, though?

I think that's a really, really important question to ask, actually, because it feeds through our core values at ASETS.

And you see it not only at the wider ASX group position, but down in our individual offices and regions that we work in.

For us, it's really about prioritising our own staff and making sure that they feel happy and comfortable with what they're doing.

They're being challenged and supported.

And if we've got the brilliant staff that we have that are motivated, that just naturally then filters across to the support that we can give to our clients there.

And in terms of the wider community as well, and again, having worked in the charity or working in the charity not-for-profit space, there is a lot that we can give.

okay uh who's the techie amongst you i was going to ask you a sort of like a techie enabled question so as it calls itself tech enabled how has technology changed the way you deliver things like accounting tax payroll audit and advisory services i'm sure there's many more that i've missed out there

What is this and why should we be paying attention to it right now?

So essentially, it is a new form of review that's come around.

So it's strategic risk reviews, also known as a structured risk review.

And it's this new compliance initiative that we've seen, as you've mentioned, really aimed at charities and not-for-profit organisations in a way that we haven't witnessed before.

So previously, rather than focusing on like a single tax, the HMRC used to specifically focus on say corporation tax, gift aid, payroll, all separately.

They're now taking a more holistic approach, looking at an organisation overall.

And that's not just actually the compliance side.
