started, can you tell us a bit about your career journey and how you first got into hospitality?

Yeah, of course.

So my journey into hospitality really started because I think I have a passion for people and creating memorable experiences.

So I was drawn to the industry of energy, to be honest with you, and it wasn't something I was going to go into at all, and I fell into it by accident.

But I started my first role within the sales office at a hotel, an intercontinental hotel, in fact.

and the opportunity to meet people from all over the world.

And I began my career and my commercial roles, and I just really enjoyed it.

What does the key look like to towing that line and celebrating the individuality whilst not losing sight of the cluster structure, like you say? What does that balance look like in practice?
