Absolutely.

When I started my business, I was actually doing marketing consulting.

I was doing social media management and social media mentoring, and I was working with small business owners and things like that, and I was noticing a pattern.

I was noticing a pattern of who was speaking at summits, at events, at conferences, who was being respected, who was being hired, especially because I was very close into the kind of online coaching world, which had just had a very big boom in 2018, '19, where we were just seeing coaches just pop up everywhere.

And I was starting to wonder, "Why aren't there coaches who look like me? Why aren't there other Black women coaches? Why aren't there Asian women? Why aren't there Hispanic women?" Like, where, where are we? And it's not that we didn't exist, but we weren't getting the visibility.

We weren't getting the opportunities to be on the platform.

Like, what do you do with your money to support your values and to put your money towards companies that are doing the right thing?
