And now like, where are we going to go? And our conversation was amazing that first time which led us to working together so i'm gonna throw it to you and tell tell everybody who you are and what you do and what are we doing together with this rebranding
3:30
we are creating magic in my opinion my okay thank you thank you for tuning in thank you we really had a wonderful time thank you no we together are in my opinion co-creating an evolution of what was.
3:50
And as you were saying, you know, sufficient versus gratitude and all of that, I think to myself, The universe is never on a budget and it becomes this internal complex of you have this one thing you want to elevate it.
4:05
You don't want to ask for more because what you have is already so great and it's enough.
4:10
And also there's a piece of like stagnancy that stays with that because the idea and the purpose, in my opinion, is to continue to evolve, to continue to grow, to continue to expand and to continue to deepen your awareness.
4:26
And so when you're not doing those things and you're purposely blocking any desire that you have, because if you feel like there's something more, then that means that there's something more within that isn't being tapped into quite yet because you know there's an evolution you know that there's a next thing you know that there's something deeper that's meant for you but if you don't give yourself the space to explore what that thing is how can you possibly continue to elevate yourself and continue to elevate your family your business your practice whatever it is that you're doing It requires continuous growth from within, in my opinion.
5:08
Right.
7:52
It's
14:37
Yeah
14:37
... you with them when they're in the car, when they're stressed, when they're happy, when they are picking up the kids in, you know, the, the school line, when they've had a bad day, when they've had a good day, when they need to go for a walk.
14:49
If you think about, people take their headphones and plug them into their ears to hear your voice, to hear what you have to say, to hear your message, and, like, what greater honor is there than that? And so when you start to frame content in that way, that you're actually part of someone's overall journey and overall process, whatever it can be.
15:12
It could be a healing process, it could be a growth process, it could be a learning process.
15:16
There's a lot of power in that.
15:18
So then when I think of structuring something as talking in sound bites, it's more so, you know, if you ask a question, as you're asking the question, I have an idea of what I want my response to be, but I think about, you know, if I were to come across this answer as a clip on social media or a Short on YouTube or whatever it is, is the answer going to land, is it hard enough-hitting right in the beginning that the person who's producing the content doesn't have to spend all this time finding, you know, those good sections and those good spots to clip and to turn into social media content.
15:56
So I try and take whatever the answer is, and so let's say i- or so say you ask someone a question, and they respond with, "Well, you know, I think that it could be a really good thing to have microphones when you're podcasting," just, like, an example.

27:32
Hmm.
6:29
Yeah
6:29
...
6:29
it makes me laugh still to d- till this day, like, thinking about it because, you know, n- I was, like, so innocently naive at that time.
6:37
And also, it's so funny because while I don't think that I tr- do traditional life coaching at all today, I very much hold space for people often.
6:47
And people don't like to be seen and heard and on video, and people don't think that their message is important.
6:54
People don't see the value in bringing their expertise to the mic.
6:57
And so I think in some ways, there is that life coaching element to it, even though I would never actually call it that, but you're constantly holding space for people to make sure that they can bring their best selves to their work, to their mic ultimately.

6 MINS LATER

13:19
I think Volt is so special in that you really have, like, your own little niche in the podcast industry, but I want you to share, like, about the company and the ideal podcast and, like, what you guys light up and look for when you take someone on as a client.
17:44
Yes.
17:45
How do you want to use that voice? Are you using that voice to educate? Are you using that voice to expand the message, or are you using the voice to bring more chaos? When I think of thought leadership, thought leadership is a word that can become a buzzword, if you will, because people tend to throw it around.
18:04
Like, "I wanna write a thought leadership post on X, Y, and Z. I wanna have a thought leadership episode on X, Y, and Z." But what you're really doing is positioning yourself as the go-to person in this specific topic where people remember and know that you are the number one person to answer these types of questions or have knowledge about a specific industry and so on.
18:27
So when we think about thought leadership and why it's so important versus anything else, is that it's establishing your credibility.
18:34
It's establishing you with your audience as the go-to person to solve any challenge that they have, and that's the key piece.
18:43
You want to be the first person that they think about.

24 MINS LATER

42:19
Yep.
42:20
And that said, it was really eye-opening, and I never would've known that.
