If, if 1x as an organization wasn't prepared to address that or engage with that, then that misperception would've continued.

So without trying to make it all about us, we, we, we developed...

And my interview process was long for that reason, because I wanted to understand that there was a commitment from, from 1x to actually go along this path properly, and that, that's just my normal suspicious behavior.

That's nothing to do with 1x.
