What advice do you normally give people who are looking to start when reviewing those options?
4:15
When you're looking to start, if you haven't got... sound amount of investment behind you or cash in the bank as it were, my suggestion to somebody starting out for themselves, particularly somebody relatively young is unless you've got a master blueprint as to where you want to take this thing, start out being as cost effective as you can.

And one of the things I noticed in the hit industry is that many people who are very young and very new to sort of 18, 19, 20, 21, get overly caught up on the equipment.

It's fantastic if you've got the capital behind you to have excellent equipment.

But to think that you could not enter the market as a knowledgeable personal trainer who is capable of helping people with other tools is a limiting belief.

And it's not going to help you in the long run.

You essentially will frustrate yourself or perhaps take out loans, which could be damaging to your future wealth, happiness, and health.

How do you think about that? And how would you advise, you know, new business owners figure that one out?
