Hey, Simon.
1:33
Thank you so much for coming down to visit us.
1:36
Uh, I think it's appropriate as well being able to participate in the tour with myself, our VP Projects, long history of construction in the mining space, as well as our Technical Director, Thompson Hickey, who has a, a long operating history of operating concentrates both in New Brunswick as well as in, um, British Columbia.
1:55
I think when we look at Canadian Copper, really our overall focus in the last couple of years was to find assets that had a low capital intensity that you could build and put into production in a short timeline, take advantage of the high commodity prices.
2:10
When you look at Canadian Copper as it's situated today, we bought, um, the largest open pit mineral resource in New Brunswick called Murray Brook.
2:18
It's a 21 million ton open pit resource, good NSR grade at north of a dollar twen- or $120 per ton, and fully drilled off 99.8% measured and indicated resource delineation-wise.
2:32
So that's a strong footprint to then combine it with a plant should one be nearby.

Uh-huh.

And I know you're working on bringing in another asset as well and processing all of this, but let's start with the assets themselves.
0:57
Sure.
0:57
So really, there's two that we've consolidated over the last 24 months, one starting with the open pit deposit.
1:03
It's a large open pit BMS, good open pit copper grade at 1.42%.
1:08
And the logic is to bring this material to a fully permitted and constructed process plant.
1:14
And the idea is if you put the two together, it's a highly capital efficient, roughly $65 million to build.
1:19
But more importantly, straightforward to develop in that we're hoping to start construction in 2027 and then be in production in 2028.
1:45
It's desperately needed and especially when you're in North America.
