Well, how did you know kind of when this album for you, this new album was going to be a little bit different to the last ones and this collection of songs, when did autotraumatic, the title become so fitting for this album?

Yeah, that's a good question.

The album had a really long gestation, but it was informed by some fairly intense experiences that I had sort of leading up to the pandemic and then in the sort of first half of the pandemic.

And I suppose from that, I didn't really know at the time whether I wanted to pursue songwriting or music for a while.

And There were some, yeah, there were some pretty dark times, I think it's fair to say.

And to use a cliche from some dark times, hopefully comes some good art.

So I was able to channel that into, I guess, a variety of songs.
