Um, and so I wonder, Simon, what do you think that teachers or that young people need as they're training to be educators, um, as they're getting ready to enter this field? You know, if we were to, to, um, you know, transform, uh, a little bit of that system before we can continue working on transforming the school systems that we're all in already, what do you think we need?
13:58
How, how interesting that you ask me this question.

Just yesterday, I was reading the Times Educational Supplement, which is the, the preeminent sort of, uh, newspaper in the UK for education stuff.
14:11
Um, and they just released their teacher wellbeing survey.
14:16
And I can't remember the statistics off the top of my head, but the numbers were truly quite frightening.
14:22
I think it was over 60% of people saying that they will leave the profession within a few years.
14:30
Um, a significant proportion saying that they have no interest in moving up into leadership.
