Simon GordonGUEST
I think you have to understand who you are and who you are outside of what other people's expectations of you are.

Simon GordonGUEST
Because I lived in those expectations and I felt like I was never able to live up to them.

Simon GordonGUEST
And so in terms of with visibility, let's say from a personal point of view, it's starting that journey of saying, right, okay, if I had no... boundaries if I had no limitations who would Simon be and what would Simon like and love to do and I think it starts with that first and then and I feel like you won't be able to showcase your visibility for your business properly yeah fully until you know who you are yourself because especially as you know small business owners let's say like ourselves we are the face of the brand and this is what we talk a lot about to people it's understanding that people are interested in us there's a million photographers there's a million web designers but actually when you're in the room who is the person that they're interacting with And so the main thing about my business is helping to elevate people's visibility online.

Simon GordonGUEST
So that's through social media, that's through your website, that's through all those different areas.

Simon GordonGUEST
And even kind of creating, even through photography and videography, how you present yourself.

You know, I don't v- It needs to turn into safety issues, right? That's the way.

Simon GordonGUEST
You need to have a way of propagating it, right? And, you know, to, you know, I know from talking to captains, the feeling of certain young crew saying that they're not on rotation and blah, blah, blah, and they're sort of just shrugging their shoulders and they go, "Oh, it's not like it used to be," right? But I, I think that when I'm talking to you about sort of reducing risk of heart disease, allowing people to keep working, keeping people in good health, it bec- well, if it could be moved from a safety issue, from a wellbeing issue-

Simon GordonGUEST
You know, they're long way from home, tense, you know, 24/7 environment and people around you.

Simon GordonGUEST
I mean, the thing that I think also, that I personally think that if we should start at the top and we should start with the captains, I think it's not easy for them.

Simon GordonGUEST
I think as people get older, I think there's sort of three stages, I would say, in the sort of the mental health of, there's the sort of coming in young, sort of the stress of it and what's going on, issues with alcohol, drugs, that, which I see, right?
