I, I lean, you know, the sci-fi, fantasy and, you know, kinda action-y stuff and, um, and she, you know, she's not, not a fan of sci-fi or fantasy.

What do you think are the real critical skills that we should all be developing over the next few years? And maybe obviously there's a mix of experience and skills and things like that, but I guess where are the obvious gaps that you're seeing at the moment that actually a bit of attention would go a long way?

I'm going to hang out in that kind of commerciality debate for a little while.

I think there's something in building that.

And this is a skill.

Can you build a business case? If I do this, it does this, and therefore you can hold me to this.

But if it does do that, what I'd like to do is do more of that next time.

And that's, it is caveat, right? That is an experience thing.
