And what sort of sent you on the journey of saying, "Okay, I'm seeing a lot of, you know, lack of suppleness or, um, issues in the horses," that sort of sent you down this rabbit hole of core conditioning?

Okay.
2:01
This is a really, really good question, and, and the principle behind it's very important too.
2:07
So I'm classically trained, so I spent a, a good seven years of my life training under the European schools for qualifications in riding, horse training, and, uh, competition and instruction.

So, the basis of these schools is the classical training that we all know well, and it's Renaissance, and Greek, and Roman, and German, and British.

It has a lot of different component parts, but they all add to this, the recipe that we use today for training horses.

Now, what I found when I was, um, competing professionally and buying horses all over Europe, expensive horses, is that there was a very, very large throwaway rate, not just from myself, but also from the other, my fellow competitors, where one in 10 horses would actually start to fulfill their po- potential.
