Is that done publicly? Is that done privately? How good are musicians at receiving feedback? Just talk to me a little bit about that, please.

I mean, this is a really key area and one that I've thought about a lot because for us, especially in most of those, when we have just one three-hour rehearsal, first of all, you have to be incredibly efficient with time.

Because there's often an hour and a half's music to learn and rehearse in just three hours of rehearsal.

So you just have time to play it all once, discuss a little bit, maybe try some bits again.

You probably don't have time to play it all even twice.

So that kind of efficiency is absolutely paramount.

So then if there's something you need to correct, I feel obviously it's important to keep everybody enthused, on side, working in the same direction.
