But what might work in not even one country, but one region, one city, is going to be different than something that's going to work better in another.

There are absolutely regional variations, but even within one region, there is clearly large differences in the care that different populations, different segments of society are using.

I think I would go further than that and say what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for someone else.

This is again about joining the agenda of energy transitions to some of the changes in the way that care is provided and again patient-centred care has become almost too much of a cliche to talk about but one of the ways that we can really address this is by addressing people's long-term health.

Within every region there are attempts to try and bring about stronger relationships between the healthcare system and patient groups.

Now that's clearly a challenge And it's a challenge in light of some of the funding challenges and the demographic challenges that the healthcare system is facing.

But I don't see these things as distinct agendas.

The technology exists, but how do we get that latest innovation into healthcare systems in a sustainable way?
