The topic that I wanted to discuss is the Gemara Baban Tziya Pei Vav.
0:05
The Gemara tells us there about the formation of the Mishnah, the Talmud.
0:12
The Gemara says, Rebbe verabnasan v'sayf Mishnah.
0:16
And Rav Asher and Rav Eno were Seif Hairoa.
0:21
Rashi there understands it to mean that Rav Asher and Rav Eno were the ones who put together the Talmud, including all the Bais and the Ace Phase and the Mace Phase.
0:34
And similarly from reading Rashi, it is clear that Rav Asher and Rav Eno were the... ones who were messiah there, the Talmud.
0:03
The Parsha, in the Vahayim Shemaya, tells us, the more Kedushim Choftez tells us, we learn out that it's only... men that have a chiyav to learn Torah, even though normally we say women are mechoyiv and om mitzvah tzasei that are not azman grama, and learning Torah is not a mitzvah tzasei shazman grama.
0:26
Nevertheless, we say that women are not liable to teach their sons Torah, and they have no chiyav of learning themself, even though it's not a mitzvah tzasei shazman grama.
0:37
But so much so that we go about whether or not you could teach a girl, a person should teach a girl, their daughter, Tyra.
0:52
And Manaz says, no, they should teach her Tyra.
0:55
And Reb Leza says, no, if you teach a girl Tyra, it's like, it's like teaching her lewdness.
1:01
Why? Because, in part, and therefore, because of that lack of preparedness and ability, they're going to end up using Torah for ends that are not 100% appropriate.
0:02
The Pasuk tells us in Shema, we say it every day, So of course, Chazal understands this as having to do with Shema.
0:15
But fundamentally we understand that it has to do with more than just Shema.
0:21
It has to do with the idea that Whatever Hashem is commanding you, it always has to be with you.
0:35
Meaning, Torah always has to be with you.
0:37
When you're home, on the road, you have to teach your family about it.
0:41
It's fundamental.
0:02
The Gemara in Yuma, on Tess, on the Bays, tells us about the first Bais HaMikdash being destroyed because of the Big Three.
0:12
And the second Bais HaMikdash, it says, as we all know, that the reason for its destruction was because of Senas Chinam, which tells us then that Senas Chinam is as severe as the Big Three of Eris.
0:35
We have other reasons that are brought down in Chazal as to why the Second Mesa Mekdash was destroyed.
0:41
There's a Gemara in B'matzir Chav Gimel that tells us that they weren't done.
0:47
Lefnei Mesher HaSaden.
0:49
There are Gemaras in Shavask, if you have tests, that tell us about other affairs that people did in relation to the Second Mesa Mekdash.
0:00
You probably have heard that there is a big and heated debate as to whether one is able to go up on top of the higher bias or not without getting into the nitty-gritty of the debate in the time that we have, I just wanted to discuss what would be the benefits or the detriments of going up.
0:24
So, we know already in Parshas, Nasser, the Torah, told us about the detriments.
0:33
You have to send out of the machane.
0:36
For our purposes now, there are different machanes.
0:41
In the Midbar, there was the machane l'sor, the machane l'vira, the machane l'shchina.
0:46
And that also translated into the Beis HaMikdash.
