How do you navigate that with being a young entrepreneur with yourself? Who's the person that coaches the most to these young kids?

I would say it's definitely like the older employees that do a lot of the coaching with the kids because we can't be there all the time.

Doreen does a lot of like the informational emails and that kind of thing and retraining and that kind of stuff and then when I'm on shift I also help with their needs I have done some training with the kids especially morning staff and it's just interesting to see the different ages to like how they operate and how much instruction they need versus like a 16 year old versus a 19 year old sure

How big of a deal is that?

Um, it's pretty big deal.

That is like before we had store cleaners, it was me doing all of like the cleaning of the machines.

So I had to plan my nights and my mornings accordingly so I could get all of like the yogurt thought out in time and I could get it in the machine and up and running along with like plenty of time to clean it.

because it's got to get sanitized the whole rigmarole um especially when we do four flavors and they're pretty much on all like different machines took me like one time we did six new flavors we won't do that again yeah and i think that took two days and total of six hours to do okay okay
