So I just did a blanket search of the entire country on the internet, looking at everything from aviation in Darwin to marine in Perth, and then a job popped up and it said, "Be a tour guide in Alice Springs." Two weeks later I was in Alice Springs.

Uh, went on a couple of training trips and realized that this situation, uh [laughs], which I didn't even know existed, basically brought everything, everything that I loved in the world together, from cooking, to music, to driving, to education, to social, you know, interactions with European backpackers, to the camping, to the culture.

So I started doing that knowing very much-That it was, you know, a big part of everything that I loved.
