And if you can give us a one minute download of who you are, where you come from, and then we'll take it from there.

Shua NaparstekGUEST
So my name is Shua and, uh, I think I would define myself as the, um, the struggler of Tanya maybe, the person who's working on it.

Shua NaparstekGUEST
And I think that the purpose of going through challenges is to be able to use them to help other people, to share, And the way that I've done that is both through a 12-step work with other addicts and in my work now in counseling and in therapy, using my experience to benefit others.

Shua NaparstekGUEST
That experience, and we can get more into it, but that experience has included... intense trauma at a young age which to this day is still mostly suppressed.

Shua NaparstekGUEST
I don't have access to all the memory and I'm not quite sure that it would be a I trust that in the right time and when God wants me to access that memory, I will, but I do know that it was something intense that impacted me in a strong way, which led to a lifetime from a very young age, struggle with addiction, particularly sex addiction, pornography, and food addiction, etc.
29 MINS LATER

Mendy BistritzkyHOST
Number one is if someone's really struggling with it, they don't know if they're an addict, they are an addict, what are steps people can practically take to deal with it? And number two is that would those steps be different to your understanding if someone's a full-blown addict or if someone's just more recreationally using pornography?
