Yeah, I think the first thing there is trying to make sure that whoever plays for Northern Ireland, the brand of play is still the same.

So the Warriors way, as I've called it now, even when I wasn't in post, I knew how Northern Ireland played.

The gritty nature that they have, the resilience, the relentlessness that those players show, you know, year on year throughout their history is unlike other t- other teams that I've known.

So to go into that environment and carry on that brand and just sprinkle the little kind of structure pieces on top to really accelerate that, um, has been what we've been trying to do down the pathway.

So when those players do come through, they know the style of play and what we want to do in that brand of netball, and that's what we're trying to do in the pathway at the moment.

And there's definitely players in the pathway that I can see are the next X, you know, the next Fee Tona, the next Caroline O'Hanlon, and people like that.

How did it come about? What did Chelsea say? What did you see in her vision for Forest that made you feel like joining was right for you? Where is the future looking in terms of that process with involvement with Forest?

How have they got on this weekend? Yeah, really, really good.

The club as a whole had a target from last year of where they finished, and both teams have finished higher than where they did before.
