My most memorable night owl experience in Seattle came about 10 years ago when I was working for the company Atlas Obscura, and I rented the Georgetown Steam Plant and produced a concert with the Seattle Phonographers Union, which include sound artists like Suzy Kozawa and Steve Peters.
