adaptation, but was there something that happened then during that time where you kind of feel like you took a little bit more ownership than your previous experience as an undergraduate?

I think the faculty members there were really good.

And one of my mentors was Bob Peters.

Being that I was in a state of flux, we kind of went back to basics.

He said, just draw something.

And I grabbed some bricks, and I was making these dramatic stage scenes with bricks and shadows.

And I started doing... drawings, graphite, then I found powdered graphite on vellum.

So was that something where you were kind of like working a lot, like you were kind of saying, like in layers and, you know, you've got all these canvases out and jumping from painting to painting or?
