I'd say the thread is always rooted in consumers and what consumers find interesting.

And I actually started my life at Unilever and I worked in consumer product goods or FMCG has different labels across the world.

and hair care slightly more slightly higher interest category but the art and science that Unilever really trained into me was understanding what people are interested in what they care about what their needs are how they emotionally connect through brands and understanding the skill that I was trained in quite early on was understanding what the universal insights are that can take a brand to establish itself globally.

Shelley McIntyreGUEST
It's all very well building brands that resonate in one market, but it's much harder to take brands around the world.

So what do you think we are getting wrong about what a layoff actually does to a person?

Shelley McIntyreGUEST
Yeah, I think, you know, there's a broader understanding now that layoffs are more common and they're happening with more frequency, especially in the tech world.
