So how do you get that across that you elevate them?

We Again, whenever we were out in Hollywood, I was talking to Ken Branagh's management company, Beric and Kovacic, and two wonderful women who've worked in the industry for a long time.

And what they said was, Shelley, you're a talent spotter, right? And I love that too.

So that's another thing that I've taken on and said, yeah, I'll absolutely take that.

And we pride ourselves on being able to identify actors who we think we can offer meaningful representation to.

And, you know, in 2023, what struck you by James for the Oscars? What talent did he have that you went? This is the guy.
