That self-rumination's really common
60:10
... just, a- and it was debilitating.
60:13
And yeah, I kind of got to a point where I was like, you know what? I've done so much work on myself to enjoy the life I have.
60:22
Why am I not? And I think there was a stubbornness as well because I almost didn't want, I, I felt like I was cheating by going and, you know, potentially being medicated.
60:32
But I was like, Shelley, everything in which you've preached is to understand yourself more.
60:35
And when you understand yourself more, you, and you, you inevitably create more for yourself.
60:44
So it's like, why, you're being s- my stubbornness was almost like prolonging my fulfillment because I was so hell-bent on, no, like, just, again, try harder, do better, and I was like, hang on a minute, like- Everything that you preach is understand yourself.

what? So true.
9:01
I guess for context, like, there is so much.
9:03
And I always, like, I'm always like, where do I even start? Because...
9:08
There has been so many things.
9:10
And I also don't want to like say in a negative way because I think that like the big thing that I want, like the biggest thing that I always say to anyone is like every single thing in which we experience is pushing you closer to the life in which you want and the person that you need to become in order to have that life if that's what you choose.
9:28
You can either choose that as fuel or you can choose that as limitation, excuse and be a victim.
