You make a distinction about belonging that I think really extends in so many ways, right? And so I want you to share that distinction when children and adults come from different backgrounds and we don't realize that people literally view community in different ways.

Absolutely.

And the thing about is when we think about a sense of belonging, you want to make sure that every student or every staff member feels accepted, supported and included.

So those are the overarching things.

And those are the things that I talk about when it comes to consulting.

However, there's a piece where I discover when I was like really digging into this whole belonging piece and I found some research from his name is Gert Hofstede.

And he did some research with the IBM company and he did it on an international scale.

So I'd love you to share now one of these four steps.
