Would you say it's a good thing or is it dangerous to, to show vulnerability with people that you're, that you're leading?

Listen, in an ideal world, I'd say to you, it's a must.

It's not even a nice to have, I don't think.

I don't think it ever has been and I don't think it will be moving forward.

Is it there? No.

Because, sadly, I still think vulnerability is seen as a weakness.

I see it all the time still.
