Um, so this started back in 2024.

Our li- our, uh, litigation has been ongoing for several years right now.

Uh, the initial incident that sparked this was a denial of the Satanic Temple's application to host a family-friendly holiday event at the Capitol Rotunda in December of 2024.

Um, and then the subsequent applications in 2025 and 2026 have also been denied, so there's three years of events that have been prohibited by state officials.
