So if they want to grow their business, They often think that they have to sell more, work more hours and so on.

But if they just want to stick being the plumber, the technician, because that's what they do best, go hire somebody to build the business, right? And that can be part of the ownership as well too, because as we know in a company, there's not just always one owner.

You can have different partners with different skill sets.
