What kind of talent? candidates that they're looking for and you know with like AI and technology moving at the moment how do you what's the vibe of the business owners at the moment on the talent that they're looking for?

Shauna O'ReillyGUEST
Yeah so it's definitely the goalposts are definitely moving as we discussed before and things like literally are just the requirements are just changing every day and you're kind of looking at so it depends on where the business is at in terms of the maturity with AI I would say or just even their maturity with the tech technology landscape as well.

Shauna O'ReillyGUEST
So you'll find like a lot of kind of businesses where their core competency isn't specifically technology or software.

Shauna O'ReillyGUEST
So like maybe property companies, just, you know, some sales companies, wherever like technology isn't their core competency, they probably haven't even gone through a digital transformation yet.

Shauna O'ReillyGUEST
So that's like kind of moving over from legacy technology, having a lot of technical depth.

Shauna O'ReillyGUEST
and moving over to more kind of modern and modern tech stack so I think those kind of businesses are a little bit struggling because they don't know where to start in terms of the requirements and what they're looking for because they're still working on such a legacy outdated platform and then they're trying to keep up to date with AI and stuff as well but obviously you can't be like execute in like excellent AI platform or product or initiative if you haven't even kind of updated your current legacy platform, you know? And then in terms of like your startup scale ups, those companies that are definitely more kind of technology adaptable, they, yeah, in terms of what they're looking for, I'd say it's like there's a whole new range of roles that we're seeing at the moment.
