In your head, what's the dream team look like as far as like personnel?

Okay.

I've seen a lot of very, very different scenarios for this.

I've seen dudes do like 30 million a year.

Their team is just them, some editors, VAs, literally like that's it.

Not to say that it's smart, but it's possible right now.

So the basic one, of course, beyond just the VAs, the editors, the biggest issue people have is how to find a really good strategist that can scale the business without you.

and sort of like what's your structure to like the launch how are you going to launch it in terms of team creative maybe the logistics side of it would be interesting but I'm more interested in that
