So we actually founded, uh, my eldest son and I co-founded Smart Vet back in 2018.

And at that time we were sort of...

We knew telemedicine was going to become something we needed to think about as a profession, and it was really important to me that there was veterinary leadership in terms of how that evolved over time, um, because it's, you know, we want to make sure it's done responsibly.

Like, how would you describe some of the limitations and what pet owners need to understand about telemedicine and how it can help them, but then how they can work with us when we do need to transfer patients or we feel that it's outside of the realm that telemedicine can provide care?
